The fine print…
The service level includes general TCP/IP data service, measured as follows:

• Data rate Current Subscribers report typical bandwidth speeds of 40 Mbps, minimum, 100 Mbps maximum.
• Bandwidth utilization to 500 Megabits (500 Mbps) per 5 Minute (Average). Measurement based on 95th percentile of actual usage (upload and download transfers), using 5 minute sampling intervals. Transfers in excess of the 500 MB allocation will result in additional fees.
• High Availability above 99.99%

ADDITIONAL IP ADDRESS SUBSCRIPTIONS available at $10 per IP address monthly charge.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT On premise support and trouble shooting $100/ hour (15 minute minimum). Usual response time during business hours under ½ hour. Telephone support is available at $40 per call, 24/7 with 4 hour call back maximum. If problem is determined to be the result of failure of Fiber High to provide contracted service, applicable charges will be refunded in full.

ADDITIONAL IT SUPPORT Fiber High has personnel available to address many other telephony and computing needs Subscriber may have.
