Rental elements and basic rates.
(Excess power and bandwidth charges may apply as described below.)- Rack Space. Basic rack space rental is $195 per 4U.
- Cubicle space. Basic cubicle rate is $450 for 64 sq. ft.; this rate includes basic internet connectivity at not less than 50 Mbps.
- Custom sized cubicles. Priced at $3.00 per sq. ft plus $64 common area fee for the first 3 occupants and $25 for each additional occupant. One public IP address is delivered to each cubicle with a speed of not less that 40 Mbps for $194. Additional IP addresses are $10 each.
- Carrels. (3, 5-ft. walls with desk) are $265 with internet included.
- VoIP telephony. Company provides Internet Telephony services at a Basic VoIP Rate of $36.50 [for a single phone number ($3.50) and trunk line ($33)] per month; no charges inure for inbound calls. Outbound call charges as described below may be incurred.
- Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment. Company may, in conjunction with one or more of the above rental elements, elect to provide Subscriber with some combination of equipment (e.g. VoIP telephones, routers, servers) and materials (e.g. office furniture) for use at the Facility on an evaluation, temporary loan, or ongoing basis. Corresponding mutually agreed fees may inure.
- Technical support. Charged at $100 per hour rate, with a 15 minute minimum.
- Drop-in Use. By appointment, $20 for up to 5 hours.
Internet Subscription Services and related variable Fees.
- Basic Internet Service. Unless agreed separately, the provided service shall include one static IP address and broadband connectivity at the service level specified in 2, below, consideration for which shall be as specified in 3, below.
- Service level. The service level provided shall include general TCP/IP data service. Such service is measured in terms of the following dimensions, as evaluated at the demarcation point bounding the service reach with respect to the Subscriber facility:
- 100 Mbps Fiber internet connection rate at server rack, > 40 Mbps at desktop. Company shall, following installation, provide Subscriber with a report of the bandwidth speed as measured at the demarcation point.
- Bandwidth utilization to 1,500 Megabytes per five minute [near-peak] interval (500 kbps, 5 Minute Averaged @ 95th percentile). Bandwidth utilization is measured based on the 95th percentile of actual usage (upload and download transfers), using 5 minute sampling intervals. Transfer activities in excess of the 150 Megabits per 5 minute allocation will result in additional fees, as below.
- To the extent that bandwidth utilization exceeds the designated allocation level in a given month, an additional charge of $100 per 500 kbps, on a pro rata basis, shall be paid to Company by Subscriber. Company will provide on request regular periodic reports of Subscriber’s actual usage.
- High access -- availability above 99.99%. Company, has a 1 gigabit per second fiber Internet connection serving the Facility, with similarly rated copper connections throughout the building interior, accordingly identifies its connectivity as reliable. Company acknowledges that reliable network services are important to Subscriber with respect to its data and IP telephony use.
- Additional IP address subscriptions can be made available at a corresponding $10 per IP address monthly charge.
- VoIP service outbound calls. In addition to Basic VoIP Services fees identified in Exhibit A, a rate of 5.7 cents per minute ($0.057/min.) shall apply to outbound calls.
